Refund and Returns Policy


Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as block testing fluid and other consumable items.

Additional non-returnable items:

  • License updates on diagnostic tools
  • Special ordered items agreed on as special orders before placing the order for the items

To complete your return, we require an invoice or proof of purchase.


Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will be paid via EFT into your bank account within 5 working days. If your refund is rejected the best course of action will be discussed and we will try and find you an alternative product to suite your needs or offer you in store credit.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund within 5 working days, check with your bank to determine inter bank transfer times.

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

Incorrect goods

Goods that were incorrectly supplied will be exchanged for the correct goods. Shipping costs for returning the incorrect products to our office at 42 Taaifontein St, Montana, Pretoria will be for the buyers account. The correct goods will be sent as soon as the incorrect goods have been received and inspected.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
